In a taxi, the passenger is not the liable party. Teslas aren't approved to operate as taxis, whereas Waymos explicitly are. I think that's the difference here

- ghaff 2y agoYes. If you have a "FSD" Tesla, you're still supposed to be in the driver's seat and are the responsible driver--whatever claims the company makes to the contrary.
