I was in the Valley shortly after Google had left the Wojcicki garage and I was already a huge fan. So I got directions and drove out there. Apparently I wasn't the first to do so as there were signs at the base of the drive warning no trespassing.
I wouldn't let a no trespassing sign deter me so I parked on the side of the road and walked to the garage which if I remember wasn't too far off the road. Peering in the windows I could see plush Google toys and a few interesting posters on the walls. Took a couple of pictures and left, I don't think I was there five minutes. The Wojcicki house was if I remember a couple of hundred yards further back.
As I was walking back towards the road two other guys were walking in. I am told that shortly afterwards Google bought the house with eventual plans to make a museum out of the garage but to my knowledge it never has happened.
