I would understand if this was coming from the states but why is the UN even considering such a proposal coming from Russia?
- ViktorRay 2y agoRussia is a member of the United Nations. It is also a permanent member of the United Nations Security Council. So it is only natural that the UN would consider proposals from Russia.
