    The other article fails to mention the building vs land+building valuation. I posted it over there, but thought this was a better article on its own.

      Right, I saw your comment when I went to add this URL to that thread myself. And yes, it's arguably the better (and non-paywalled) source. You can email mods if you think it's a preferable URL.
