So other people got emotional and violated the coc? Sounds like their fault.

So, someone was probably being racist and sexist towards white people and men, and he called them out on it, and this was a code of conduct violation? Anyone involved in this organization is at massive reputational risk.

It's hard to believe any of the other accusations when these are in there. Maybe some are true, impossible to say when these are included, it just looks like someone with impaired judgement who may be widly misinterpreting reality.
