Did the do that before or after the civil suit went public?
- danielmarkbruce 2y agoAssuming the article is reporting it faithfully, before. Doesn't meet any definition of "protective". I don't know the details here, but if the person did such thing claimed and deserves punishment, it's for society via the criminal justice system to decide and hand out.
