- duxup 2y agoKinda strange too as having senior folks in contact with non-seniors regularly I would think is sorta a positive of in office work. This system kinda blows that apart.
- mkl95 2y agoMost middling startup CEOs are like that. They do just good enough for the board not to hate them while making a bunch of strange top-down decisions.
