The problem is that the business has a centralized coordination structure, and for the employees, there isn't any apart from the business that connected them. Maybe a union is what could help.
- luxuryballs 2y agothe employees are private individuals though, they only have to coordinate themselves, not everyone will be willing to say “ok I’ll come into the office” and actually do it while job hunting, but it could be a way to call their bluff if you had in mind something that could benefit from that kind of evidence (though I think legal action is very rarely the first, or even 10th best option)
