No shit, that was always the goal. Unless the employees came on under remote work it’s very hard for them to say the work policy is a change in working conditions, even if it fundamentally is. For instance I now have to drive to work where previously transit was an option, so my commute has changed from work time to just an additional 12 hours of uncompensated labour and thousands of dollars in fuel, maintenance, and tolls. Hooray!
