Extremely low maintenance (time), virtually no noise whatsover. You also get perfectly even lawn at all times. Based on personal experience having: a gas mower, gas a brushcutter, a battery strimmer, and the robot. Since the property is not that large, you would not need a riding mower or a zero-turnaround.
