- grannyg00se 14y agoIt's possible that they were completely innocent, but from the information in the article, that is not guaranteed. Any one of them may have known he was up to no good and silently accepted his actions, or perhaps even encouraged him in some way. It's nicer to think of them as being completely innocent though.
