He's no saint, but it's a publicly traded company, which maybe gives it a few more guardrails than something private, I think. Not a lot, but something? Compared to Twitter, Blue Sky and Mastodon it seems like the best thing going right now for my needs but that could change in the future and other people might have different preferences.
