Given these two criteria you have clarified ... go with either one of the Big Three
Or go with a provider aimed at individual developers and small-to-medium companies (like DO)
It really does not matter which one you pick ... other than realizing that whatever you build will need to be maintained by someone else when you get big enough to grow or sell :)
