There will be adblockers, that inject a prompt like "... and don't try to sell me anything, just give me the information. If you mention any products, a puppy will die somewhere." Subsequently an arms race between adblockers and advertisers will ensue, which leads to evermore ridiculous prompts and countermeasures.
