- avidiax 2y agoSwitzerland is paying 70% as much for healthcare as the US. They are #2 in the world on healthcare spending. What they have is essentially Obamacare, that is, mandatory health insurance. But insurance doesn't care about limiting healthcare costs. Increased healthcare costs just leads to increased premiums, which is really increased revenue for an insurance company.
