I think CRWD is trying hard to close the litigation door here. If the litigation goes to court and even if they managed to reach agreement for a fairly small amount, say 50M, it's going to open doors for much more later. I think their lawyers are trying hard to convince Delta to not sue them and they will pay in back channels. As long as it's obstructes from public news, it's a win for them.
