- hnthrowaway0328 2y agoThe lawyers have always been in control since the beginning. And more so today. It's part of the idea of the United States of America.
- creaghpatr 2y agoMore specifically, a huge amount of legal negotiation goes into a B2B SaaS deal between parties of this size up front, incl liability caps, SLAs, and MSA, etc. One of the bigger obstacles in the sales cycle even (getting legal alignment).
