I've used Go quite a bit for personal projects recently and I've been impressed with a lot of it - but the bit that's really stands out to me is the effort that goes into their standard libraries. They seem to contain most of what I need and while they're improving them with each release but managing to keep them backwards compatible so we don't need rewrite code that was written against a previous version.
