- interesting7171 2y agoAgreed. If a corporation's board of directors gave out free shares of the company to anyone who asked for them, and then those new shareholders voted the way the board liked, over-riding the opinion of the original shareholders, a crime would have been committed. When it's a country, it's legal...or at least not punished. See: CA and single party rule.
- halfmatthalfcat 2y agoIf my information is being deceptively harvested, whether it's by a PAC or corporate entity, that's tax money well spent. I thought HN was against this kind of thing and want's corporate death penalties for abusing people's privacy?
