It's sort of like pip install. Just do
vpm install <repo_name>
and it loads the whole repository's IP in the right place with proper dependencies auto-setup, etc.
I'm working on the command
vpm install --flex <repo_name>
which understands your codebase and modifies the installed repository's .v files to suit your requirements, since a lot of "general IP" isn't useful.
