Citation(not interpretation)please? I don't think nobody could surpass Israel in the civilian casualty count. And in the hitting schools count, or in the hitting hospitals front. Not to mention the massive hostage taking from Gaza. And their abuse of those hostages at their military bases. And to top it all calling a United Nations agency a terrorist organisation. None could afford to do that.
