Checked the source and it's nicely minimalistic, I kinda like that it's hand crafted js and individual HTML pages... https://github.com/mandarwagh9/Portfolio-Homepage https://github.com/mandarwagh9/Portfolio-Homepage I had recently (months ago) rewritten my personal blog to nextjs from wordpress, and the part I struggled the most was with the editor. It was so painful that I stopped at the last 20%, so I don't have any new posts on it... Maybe it's time for a new rewrite.

Recently, a 7-year-old made her website, and it was one of those sweet moments in the world of the World Wide Web. [1] And just a couple of days back, there was Neat - a rapid prototype style for simple and minimal websites. [2] Of course, these days, there are many classless CSS frameworks available to help you start (or even stay) your websites lean, clean, and simple. [3] A few weekends ago, I decided to re-do my personal website without aiming to make a template, replicate it, or do anything with a raw CSS budget of 25KB. Like it or not, I realize that CSS has become boring these days—it just works! No more browser hacks, no more shims, no nothing. Flexbox and grid have made life so bland. [4] One should try to have their personal website hand-coded and enjoy the process. For your website, I suggest looking at options to stay away from absolute numbers for sizes, spacing, etc. Try looking at proportional rhythms with the spacings, typography, etc. Best of all, have fun. Too much white area on the initial viewport. The site would benefit from some kind of banner image -- here's an example, https://sites.google.com/uic.edu/juliusross/activities/mathematical-comics https://sites.google.com/uic.edu/juliusross/activities/mathe... This site also features a similar effect https://www.sixthtone.com/ https://www.sixthtone.com/

A fun thing to do with personal sites is to try to minimize the download. This one is currently 1.96 MB, but I'll bet you could get it down to 0.1 MB.
