A single dose of Paxil (paroxetine) gave me mild (?) serotonin syndrome without dark urine. I was bouncing off the walls, felt a compulsion to exercise, and had altered consciousness.

- bankcust08385 2y agoI definitely don't recommend serotonin syndrome because it can become a medical emergency with risks of kidney, heart, and muscle damage. If you suck at hitting the gym like I do, it's probably a terrible way to go about motivating yourself to exercise through pharmacologically-induced restlessness and altered consciousness.
