It shows a list of the number of bills passed from the 101st Congress to the 118th Congress, and the 117th Congress doesn't have a particularly high number of bills compared to other Congresses. Other than that, it doesn't talk about the 117th Congress. You're arguing that considering the scale of the bills, they were productive. That's fair; because of increased partisanship, they load more things into huge bills to be voted on. But, your link doesn't support this argument.
