Throwing out Chevron really significantly eroded the power of the executive branch.
- wongarsu 2y agoThat's recency bias though. When talking about the last 35 years (or even the last 25 years) the power of the executive has massively expanded. Even the Chevron defense doctrine itself was only 40 years old.
