IT would be nice for FB to at least explain the decision. I know the scale makes it daunting to actually treat users like humans, but it would still be nice.

IT would be nice for FB to at least explain the decision. I know the scale makes it daunting to actually treat users like humans, but it would still be nice.
- zh3 2y agoThe usual answer to that is that small websites who make far less money and have massively fewer resources managed to treat their users like humans. But, of course, Facebook users are not the customers (those are the advertisers) - here, the users are the product and it costs to provide product support.
