I probably should have been more clear, that is what I was referring to it being unsustainable. Cost, Energy use, Environmental impact, etc. All the things that are coming out recently about the "hidden cost" of AI.
- HDThoreaun 2y agoCosts go down quickly. Intels new CPUs releasing end of year have an iGPU equivalent to a 3060 and the entire chip has a tdp of 30 watts. Another 5-10 years and the same will probably be true of todays top of line gpus.
