I've been removing x permissions for xdg-open for YEARS!!!

- koiueo 2y agoI hope you are not disappointed , but I suspect xdg-override might not be what you expected. xdg-override is not a replacement for xdg-open. It's a script, that selectively replaces xdg-open in narrow explicitly defined cases. But some xdg-open alternatives have been mentioned in the comments.
