Not sure where to start as this article is well... Anyway I've never been a regular drinker and honestly don't care what people think or say. I regularly refuse to participate in office socializing dinners and it's all good for me - as these usually turn into bad drinking stories and over reactions. I've always felt great not drinking much and so should you if your like many of us. Stay fit and healthy and surround yourself with similar people.
