Hello Cosmin, nice to read you again. Cosmin applied at my place for the position as Software Architect. I was impressed by his ability to articulate ideas clearly and comprehensively. He doesn't rush an answer but gives things a thought. He is a great communicator who doesn't miss out on the technical expertise. I can recommend considering him.
