This seems to be the way the world over. Abusing and exploiting civilian proxies to do your dirtiest as a way to avoid accountability. I know that’s the way it’s done in the Netherlands. In the Netherlands they call this sort of thing interventions (interventies). And they have various laws limiting what can be done but it’s all for show. None of it is obeyed and the organisations are beyond accountability. I know this because I was targeted by a state protected proxy simply because I complained about the harassment by said proxy. My crime ? Accidentally living next door to something that was targeted by an intervention against a neighbor that was busted for growing weed (in 2005) and complaining about the state harassment that ensued and played out on my driveway. Am I making a mountain out of a mole hill ? No, the harrassment by the state proxy and protected status played out for more than 13 years. The state attempted to frame me and the responsible person for this framing has already been shown to be responsible for framing and jailing 9 innocent people in the past in a 6 part documentary called “de Villamoord”. But she had risen to the highest positions in Dutch government rather than loose her job. The Dutch press is effectively muzzled by having a lot of the press fed a steady stream of crime stories they can publish that they would be cut off from if they are too critical. The Limburger have been muzzled in this way about what happened to me. The judge said in court in a stalking case that took me 13 years to get to court “and theres been enough press about this already”. That was is, the press printed the government lies but will not print the results of my investigation that show how the Dutch government itself was behind the years of harassment. And no, this is not just conspiracy theory rambling. I took the police to court, they lost and appealed. I won in appeal, and then viewed documents that provided evidence that the proxy was being protected. The filthy bastards used a civilian to harrass and commit crimes against me and the other neighbor for more than 10 years. Then they published these lies claiming it was a neighbor conflict. I was only able to get the horror story stopped by protesting at council meetings. Although I was able to stop the harrassment, I was not able to stop the ensuring obstruction of justice that followed during the cover up. Here's a brief time line of what was done to me in the Netherlands (Note, I'm an expat New Zealander living in the Netherlands for more than 30 years) * 2004 Moved to Guttecoven * 2005 Neighbor is busted for growing weed, harrassment of him by other neighbor (State proxy) starts, followed by me for being difficult * 2015 After being harrassed for more than 10 years, all forms of help from authorities blocked, I start protesting, blink of an eye, proxie's house bought out by govt for > 200,000 euros profit, harrassment stopped. * 2017 After a complaint to the ombudsman and over 5 years more delay, massive stalking case with more than 600 videos due to appear in court. This date was deferred, they claimed he was not in a fit state to appear * 2018 Stalking case finally comes forward to be represented by the former head of the RIEC, the organisation involved in co-ordinating govt interventions. In the meantime however, the former head of team interventions is now a member of the board in the court of Maastricht. So the two people who have to align on the execution of interventions are now in play, the former rechercheofficier van justitie (As the fake prosecution) and the former head of team interventions that has to align on interventions with the rechercheofficier van justitie as a member of the board of directors of the court of Maastrict, where they can exert influence both from in front of the court and behind the scenes to make sure this case fails. * Prosecutor lies to the courts, painting a picture of a years long neighbor conflict and withholds almost all of the evidence (That was left, I have evidence of two times in which evidence was "lost"). Suspect acquitted. * 2018 Preosecutor retires, along with 6 other prosecutors in a burst of activities of prosecutors running away from the Maastricht office, like rats leaving a sinking ship, no one questions why (https://www.l1nieuws.nl/nieuws/1357826/leegloop-bij-justitie-zeven-officieren-vertrekken). * 2020 A 6 part documentary about one of the biggest corruption cases on the courts in the Netherlands comes out (https://npo.nl/start/serie/de-villamoord/seizoen-2/de-leeuw-en-de-hyena). The person responsible for the jailing of nine innocent people is implicated as responsible is the former head of team interventions I talk about here). One young member of the framed 9 people committed suicide. This documentary had absolutely no impact on the career of the responsible prosecutor, who after the incident in the documentary, went on to being co-responsible to proxy harrassment and the obstruction of justice of my stalking case and finally to become the president of the court of Maastrict * 2022 Former head of team interventions promoted to the president of the court of Maastrict. And none of the following press organisations would print my story: * De Limburger * NRC handelsblad * Volkskrant * rtl4nieuws * The Guardian * The Washington post and more actually. And I have so much evidence it's utterly overwhelming (More than 65GB) I'm happy I've lived through the best times of the world, but now onwards it's a rapid downhill spiral. We have citizens of many countries in the world dying trying to get some degree of democracy back and here in the Netherlands they are doing nothing to stop it's downwards spiral in the race to the bottom, whilst simultaneously hosting the International criminal court, a country that for me had demonstrated zero accountability.
