I used to love Matt Levine's break-it-down style for taking a complex topic and explaining each component so it makes sense. Here (and several of his articles recently) it has read more like a parody of Matt Levine's style. Or maybe he's using chat gpt to write the article?

Some type of magician's performance, where you see that a hat has nothing in it, yet a rabbit comes out somehow. For some reason, I haven't read Matt Levine in maybe a year. This is the first Levine piece I read recently, and, man, what a treat it was.
