Absolutely. This is what the American people should be trying to fix. Unfortunately the political conversation is some surface level theatrics that the majority engage in like fans of WWE wrestling. It's so infuriating to see people so passionate about inconsequential political issues. At the same time, this happens because the same "machine" or "empire" is using the same tactics to manipulate American citizens.
Everything seems to point towards WW3 because nothing is stopping this machine. Americans are too far gone and steeped in pro-empire propaganda, and the only thing that will stop this is all the other countries joining forces against the USA. I hope there is a miracle and everyone suddenly wakes up, but it seems unlikely.

Countries that cannot feed their people because of sanctions like Venezuela and North Korea? Countries losing all their young people because of sanctions, like Cuba, Iran, and Russia? Countries that have to cobble together electronics from washing machines like Russia and Iran? Bring on the war of countries that can't feed themselves, maintain their populations, or salvage key components. The only thing stopping that from being a slaughterfest is people who think the Palestinians are being treated cruelly rather than with kid gloves. If we returned even to WW2 levels of tolerance for enemy casualties, it becomes pretty easy to beat a lot of enemies.

Either the dollar will collapse and a new world order will emerge, or the US will continue to bomb countries to force them into submission. Either way we're looking at the collapse of the empire at some point in the future. 9/11 was a clear sign of this. Obviously a horrible event but it happened because America is an empire that bullies people around the world. If it doesn't stop I'm afraid it won't just be a conventional military conflict only, but also attacks from all sides with even bigger terrorist attacks. Meanwhile most Americans have no clue and just want to be mindless consumers. What you're outlining is just a small chance that might delay the inevitable. Even if countries are weak now they will find ways to strike at the empire, just like terrorists have done.
