Are companies still using their service?
- bigstrat2003 2y agoYes, of course there are. They may yet lose their customer base, but it takes more than a week or two for customers to jump ship en masse.
- hot_gril 2y agoI'm surprised their stock didn't fall further. Would think user trust is everything for this kind of company. Maybe it goes to show how numb a lot of traditional companies are to computer downtime.
