- londons_explore 2y agoI think extradition agreements should have 'same number of people in each direction' clauses. Ie. If there are 10 people the US wants extradited, and 17 that the UK wants extradited, then 10 people go each direction, and the remaining 7 get tried in their local jurisdiction.
- bdjsiqoocwk 2y agoWhy? Why same number of people and not eg same amount of aggregate damages? It makes no sense that the US extradited 2 people accused of $1m each and so the UK has to extradite 2 people accused of $100m each. Or why not some other measure?
