AirSync (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.doubleTwist.androidPlayerProKey&hl=en https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.doubleTwis...) does a great job of syncing iTunes. The rest I sync with Gmail (I don't use Mail.app - I find Gmail's web interface superior to any desktop client).
