- BugsJustFindMe 2y agoWe have Know Your Customer regulations for preventing fraud/corruption, but why aren't there any Know Your Supplier regulations?
- underseacables 2y agoProbably because the KYC laws are mostly focused on money - laundering, taxes, etc.
- tivert 2y agoNot exactly. KYC laws are focused on mitigating certain known problems. "Know Your Supplier" regulations would address newer problems that haven't been an issue until relatively recently.
