Interesting, so we're seeing new legislation that breaks from Section 230 precedent, in that providers can be held accountable for mischievous / nefarious actions of its users.

But parody and satire is still protected free speech in this case [0]! So by putting a "PARODY" label in the post, the creator of the Kamala Harris video [1] exempts themselves from the NO FAKES Act!
