What do investors get suing the companies that they own?
- nhubbard 2y agoSometimes they sue because the company’s leaders acted in a way that materially hurt the company. They’re looking for the company to compensate the investors for their actions that lost the investors money.
- xenospn 2y agoHow does that work? They get their own money paid back to them minus attorney fees?
- ralph84 2y agoInvestors get nothing, but the attorneys get their fees.
