AWS to discontinue Cloud9, CodeCommit, CloudSearch and several other services
- rvz 2y agoI'm from the future and AWS (Amazon) is preparing to acquire Perplexity to replace their legacy CloudSearch and their very unpopular Amazon Q. It should not be a total surprise to some, but given that Amazon doesn't seem to have a known foot in this AI game, it should really be a sensible option for Amazon to just use Perplexity and get an extra amount of money who will just know it by its new name "AWS Perplexity". After all, this should be expected [0]. But from the one that warned about Stadia [1] is now predicting a Perplexity buyout from a large big tech company. Let's see if I experience this same announcement, twice.
