Automakers Sold Drivers' Data for Low Amounts of Money
- blackeyeblitzar 2y agoThis particular article doesn’t mention it but many other brands silently collect and resell data as well. For example, I think I read that Subaru collects location and speed data as part of their connected services and they send location data to some partners like Sirius (yes the satellite radio people). We need new regulations and retroactive fines/jail time for executives.
