There really needs to be a 3-strike rule type of thing with fines like these. It's ridiculous to me that they can continue to violate people's privacy without their consent, get fined a percentage of a percentage of the money they actually made on the practice, and that's the end of it. These fines should be exponential in nature, and aggressively so. The 4th-in-a-row fine of this nature should basically take everything they earned in the whole year. Let's see how quick and efficient they suddenly become once there's actual consequences. That, or Zucc and his cronies should be getting jailed. I'm fine with either option, or preferably both.
