The built in "Convert Image" Quick Action has a Strip Metadata option
- nullindividual 2y agoThanks! However, it lacks a couple of things the Automator script does. It wants to convert by default to JPEG instead of keeping the source format, it requires interactivity, and for some reason if I cancel the dialog, I can't get it to run again without relaunching Finder (on 14.6).
- lelandfe 2y agoWow, can confirm that it silently dies if cancelled. Apple these days, huh?
