Twitter was renamed to X after being purchased by a new owner.
- hnlmorg 2y agoI thing the GPs point was it’s X post (a comment on the X the platform) rather than x-post (short for “cross post” where an article or comment is shared in multiple spaces, such as sub-Reddits).

- omoikane 2y agoOnce a thing has an established name, it's hard for people to call it something else.
