Which decision do you think was bad for the country? The most recent issue that people seem to have a problem with is the Supreme Court punting abortion rights to the states as it isn't a constitution issue. I'm pro choice but I think it was the right move by the Supreme Court. The nation is supposed to have state to state differences, where your local vote carries more power and weight. A ban, for example, at the national level is much bigger than a ban at the state level. People are free to move to another state that is more aligned with their values -- I think that's a good thing. If everything is banned (or allowed) at the national level the states really have no power anymore.

It was wrong about that, and it's wrong about people's right to a private relationship with their medical professional and their health. Abortions are a vital, life-saving part of medical care, and no government should have authority to force someone to give birth, especially at the risk of their own life. Giving birth is more likely to be fatal than having an abortion, which means any forced birth is the government forcing someone to risk their lives. We should not tolerate that.

A lot of the recent copyright rulings seem... more on the side of large corporations than increasing the public domain. American Broadcasting Cos., Inc. v. Aereo, Inc Eldred v Ashcroft
