Why do you belive that to be a factor?
Let's say however that it is one (and I'm not saying it is), would that really be unreasonable?
Let's say hypothetically you and some elitist jerk are vying for the same funding and I as a fat cat who wants to take a gamble on one of you has to choose.
Given you are otherwise equal candidates but elitist jerk has the personal finances to do a pivot and you do not, would you not agree that I should bet on elitist jerk?
- CKINI 2y agoThis is extremely exclusionary towards underprivileged founders such as myself who don't come from wealth like the average startup / tech founder.
- CKINI 2y agoAlso I'd say it's a bad bet on the typical elite brat, cause they have a 90% failure rate. It's time to try investing into new blood, that isn't the same expected failures, over and over.
