All you could find were 4 examples in 2023? Hardly a long list, wouldn't you say? I think my Android updates caused way more issues in one year and that's running an immutable HW that's well know and understood by the manufacturer, so 4 issues per year for Windows doesn't sound too bad, even though I had zero in 2023.
