Why does it matter how they do it? If diet and exercise work for you, great, you have more willpower than most, and will hopefully be healthier and more successful because of it. But that strategy doesn't work for millions of people, and I don't know that they deserve to die because of it. If a miracle drug can help them despite their weak will... that sounds awesome?
