I agree. That's a very good point. There isn't the same level of community spirit here in the UK that there was 60-80 years ago. Things change, and I'm sure population is a significant variable in the equation, but not the only one. If we go out to rural areas, we'll probably find more neighbourly behaviour than we will in inner cities. Poverty, population density, economic status, and more. These all play a factor.
