I don't think it's possible to get the Shingrex vaccine before retirement age unless you are immune compromised. I could be wrong but even if you're willing to pay privately, you won't find healthcare provider wanting to do this off label.

In Australia you can, but you have to pay for both rather pricey shots after talking to a doctor.
